Q: Hi, One of our frds used same tour and as per him there was an entry fee to West rim which is not included in this fare. Can you please let me know what is the entry fee/adult for west rim? Also can you please answer what is the entry fee/adult for Skywalk? Thanks Pradeep

The entry fee into the west rim of the Grand Canyon is of $80.00. The fee is mandatory, and is payable on tour.The admission fee into the Skywalk is of $35. This fee is optional and only payable if you want to walk on the Skywalk at the West Rim.

The amount of people allowed in one hotel room is four people.
If you book for two people in 1 room, make sure you place an order in for 2 travelers booking 1 room only.

The tour package you are interested in does not include meals.You will check-out of your hotels in the morning, and check-in to your next nights hotel in the evening.
Departures in the morning can be as early as 6-7:00 am with days ending at the next hotel as late as 9:00 pm.

You can choose to opt out of the Grand Canyon tour for the second day, but please ensure that you include this request in the comments section when placing your order online. Please note that we will not be able to revise the reservation price, and the service fees will be still be payable to the guide for all the three days of the tour.

There is an insurance fee per day of $25 for the child.If you do not wish to have an additional seat for the child, you only have to purchase three seats.
You must carry the child on your lap at all times.
If all passengers are in the same room, you will be able to take advantage of the "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion.

The tour you are interested in will only allow travelers on out of the pre specified Los Angeles County and Orange County pickup locations. Travelers will not be allowed on from any location not offered as an initial pickup point. Participants who fail to join out of the Los Angeles and Orange County locations results in forfeiture of their reservation.

Since they are flying to Vietnam right after the tour they will have a lot of extra luggage that we'd prefer not to haul with us throughout the trip. We do not advise that you leave your luggage at the hotel booked for the tour package for the stay in the Los Angeles county area because tour routing is variable, and the tour group might not go back to the same hotel on the last day of the tour in which case, the travelers will be dropped off at LAX at the end of the last day.
